What an icon.

Dolly Parton tends to keep her relationship with her husband very private, but when she does speak about him, she goes all out.

The singer has recreated her Playboy photoshoot from 1978 as a surprise for her husband’s 79th birthday.

Popping on her Playboy bunny suit topped with the iconic ears, Dolly planned to show that she’s still got it for her long time husband.

Dolly married Carl Dean back in 1966, and ever since her Playboy shoot, Dolly says Carl has been obsessed.

She said that she would have loved to have been on the cover this year to mark her own 75th birthday, but can’t as the magazine is no longer in circulation.

So she did one better and recreated her own at home.

Taking to Instagram to share the clip, Dolly wrote: “Remember some time back I said I was going to pose on Playboy magazine when I’m 75? Well, I’m 75 and they don’t have a magazine anymore, but my husband always loved the original cover of Playboy.

“So I was trying to think of something to do to make him happy. He still thinks I’m a hot chick after 57 years and I’m not going to try to talk him out of that.

“I was kind of a little butterball in that one, well I’m string cheese now. But he’ll probably think I’m cream cheese – I hope!”

She also shared a snap of her husband’s reaction, saying: “It’s always #HotGirlSummer for my husband, Carl.

“Happy birthday my love!”
