A wholesome moment.
Popular Irish celebrity chef, Donal Skehan, has praised This Morning’s Philip Schofield replacement Craig Doyle after the kind gesture he made at the beginning of his TV career.
Donal described Craig as “one of the good guys” after appearing on This Morning, saying he had a “lovely time” on air with Craig and Holly Willoughby.
Donal said it was great to see a fellow Irish man on the famous ITV sofa as he cooked up some chicken shawarma wraps.
Craig Doyle joined Holly Willoughby on the show as co-host after Phillip Schofield stepped down after over 20 years on the show.

Craig has previously worked on the show alongside Alison Hammond, as well as sports broadcasting with BBC and BT Sports. He is now a favourite for ITV bosses on This Morning due to his chemistry with Holly Willoughby.
Shortly after his appearance on the show, Skehan recalled the advice Craig gave him early on in his TV career.
He said on Instagram: “Short story: When I was just starting out, Craig Doyle took the time to give me great advice on the world of media.”
He went on to say that he hadn’t encountered Craig since the advice was given, but added that it was lovely to “have our paths cross again.”
“Congrats on all – he’s one of the good guys,” Skehan added.
