Drake and Josh actor Drake Bell has been found safe after he was reported missing and endangered on Thursday by police in Florida. He has now spoken out about the incident and has made light of the story that unfolded. The Daytona Beach Police Department posted an alert on Facebook on Thursday informing the public that the Nickelodeon star was. “considered missing and endangered” after he was last seen on Wednesday at 9pm. Daytona Beach Police Department issued a statement last night: "Officers are looking for Jared Bell, DOB 06/27/1986. "He should be traveling in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School on 4/12/2023 just before 9 p.m." Police added, "He is considered missing and endangered." After being located, the actor tweeted: "You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer for the night and this?”

The 36-year-old actor was arrested on charges relating to attempted endangering [of] children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles in June 2021. Bell sent a 15-year-old girl multiple "inappropriate social media messages". He also established a relationship with a 15-year-old girl. While at one of his concerts, "Bell violated his duty of care and created a risk of harm to the victim." The actor was 31 at the time of the incident. Bell pleaded guilty to both charges in the June of 2021. He was sentenced to two years of probation, as well as 200 hours of community service. The former actor is also not allowed to have any contact with his victim.
