Elsa Pataky says brother-in-law Liam Hemsworth ‘deserves much more’ after split from Miley

Elsa Pataky says her  brother-in-law Liam Hemsworth "deserves much more" after his split from Miley Cyrus.

Liam and Miley wed in 2018 after a 10 year on-again-off-again relationship. They announced they were getting a divorce in August 2019. The Hunger Games actor has remained pretty quiet about the breakup so far. However, Pataky - who is married to his older brother, Chris - has now revealed a bit about how he has been feeling. The actress was recently visiting Madrid for the launch of lingerie brand Women's Secret's Christmas campaign. Speaking at the event, she said that Liam was "a little bit down" but "coping well". "My brother-in-law, well... After a relationship that you've dedicated 10 years to, he's a little bit down, but he's coping well, he’s a strong boy, and he deserves the best, I think he deserves much better," she said via Hola!.  After the news of his split from Cyrus broke, the actor is said to have spent some time living with his older brother and Pataky. "You always find support in your family, and he's joined at the hip with his brother, who has been there to give all the strength he needed," the mum-of-three continued. Since the news of their break-up, Cyrus has moved on with Kaitlynn Carter and Cody Simpson. Hemsworth, meanwhile, is said to be dating Dynasty actress Maddison Brown.
