Matt has been away from his family on tour with his Busted bandmates and Emma expected to send her birthday minus her husband.
However, he surprised her by coming home early and taking her out for a spontaneous dinner.

The Voice presenter shared the special moment with her Instagram followers, writing:
“Look who surprised me by coming home from tour to take me for a birthday meal!! I cried happy tears when I saw him… I love you @mattjwillis thank you for being awesome and thank you for being mine”.
