Fan Girl: Singer’s Latest Venture Celebrates Her Loyal Followers

Rihanna has paid tribute to her fans in new documentary Half Of Me.

The Disturbia singer and a number of her fans complimented each other in the Budweiser-sponsored video, which premiered earlier this week.

The documentary is part of the company’s Made for Music initiative which focuses on singers who have made a positive contribution to popular culture.

"Everything I have acquired, everything I have accomplished, I really owe it to my fans, it's them that made it happen," says Rihanna, looking sleek in a black outfit and glamorous blonde hair. "They mean a lot to me, they mean everything to me."

"When you see her and she acknowledges you, you feel like you've been recognised," a female fan says to the camera.

 Rihanna said she welcomes suggestions and feedback from her huge fan base. “I love getting feedback from my fans, they're honest, we want to hear what they're thinking about stuff,’ “she says.

 The majority of the video is concentrated on her fans and sees them voicing their love for the international pop star.

"She's just herself all the time and doesn't care what anyone thinks,' says a fan. "She’s so much like us," says another. "That's why everyone loves her."

"For Rihanna, the fan base is so strong, it doesn't matter what part of the world they're at, they're all kind of one," says a fan. "We are all united in a sense."

The singer then gives some advice of her own: "Whatever you want, whatever you really love, whatever makes you happy, that's it, it just has to work for you," she says.
