Love Island’s Christmas special is certainly a date for your diary.
If you followed the TV show religiously during the summer, then you’ll be happy to know that 19 of our favorite islanders are returning for a special which will air on December 17 and see many couples reuniting for the first time since they parted ways.
In a series of promo shots for the special, we can see the tense air and strategic placing of the stars to make sure broken up couples are nowhere near eachother.

In what we can presume is the first time Georgia and Sam or Charlie and Ellie have seen eachother since they’ve broken up, the group shot features the lads sticking by each other’s side while the girls are perched on the stairs together.
Many of the islanders fell out after the series from five breakups to group chat exits and social unfollowings, it’ll be very interesting to see how they all interact during the special.

At the moment, only four couples remain couples with Megan and Wes, Zara and Adam, Kaz and Josh and finally, Jack and Dani remaining an item.
Jack and Dani are now back together having briefly “split” on Thursday following a statement the 22-year-old posted on Instagram but thankfully, all seems resolved.
