Former Soap Star Releases First Music Video

Former Hollyoaks actor PJ Brennan is about to launch his music career. PJ, who played Doug Carter on the soap from 2010 to 2013, will release Confidence Man in the coming weeks and the video is currently available to view on YouTube. Although PJ has previously spoken about his passion for singing and songwriting, this will be his first official music release. PJ played Doug on Hollyoaks for three years After bowing out of the Chester soap last year, he said that he was planning to concentrate on music. In a 2013 interview with Digital Spy, the star said: "Right now I'm going to try to pursue a bit of music and I'm also writing a play at the moment".
