From Sloane Square to Times Square: Reality Show Made In Chelsea Goes Stateside

Who is going to kiss and tell in New York?

We’ve watched the ups and downs, hang-outs and hook-ups unfold in London’s SW3 but now the cast of hit show Made In Chelsea are packing their bags for New York City.

Seemingly confirming the news yesterday, the show’s official Twitter account posted this teasing message:

It is understood that only a handful of the cast will get to travel, with some of our MIC favourites staying put in their London homes. The show’s cast that do get to head Stateside at the end of May will have their own apartments in New York, and will be placed in summer jobs/internships similar to the set-up previously made popular by shows like The Hills and The City.

Executive producer Sarah Dillistone spoke of the upcoming travel plans for the BAFTA winning show:

“New York has a scene buzzing and sophisticated enough to rival Chelsea, so it feels like the next natural step. We’re going to see the cast out of their bubble for the first time since the show began and I’m sure the result will be nothing like we’ve seen before.”
