Gemma Collins and Meghan Markle have far more in common than you or I ever knew

There are a couple of things that Meghan Markle is known for. One of those things is being a Duchess. Another one of those things is having elegance, poise, and an authoritative voice that women and men around the world are captivated by. Gemma Collins is also known for all of the above. Except the Duchess part. She's not one of those. The Big GC has been arguably trying her best and yet she's still accused of being lazy, a diva, and falling over on purpose.  It's been a whole thing - and it has convinced Gemma that she knows exactly how Meghan Markle feels when she deals with hate and trolls online. Except Meghan probably doesn't actually deal with them directly but who are we to question Gemma? Speaking to The Sun, Gemma said she understands why Meghan doesn't have social media anymore - aside from the fact that she's, you know, not allowed to have it anymore. “I understand how Meghan feels. I don’t understand why everyone has to be so brutal online," said Gemma.

“I definitely would come off social media, like she did, because I think it’s very unhealthy. "But should I let the bad energy win? Why let the negativity of others win the day? I will never ever let the baddies win.”

Go on. The TOWIE star admitted that she had been receiving considerably more heat online since her Dancing On Ice debut. She said that although her self esteem "has gone down a bit", she's not going to let it go down much farther. Just like Meghan Markle would do.
