Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei took to Instagram this week to share her new look and figure. The star revealed she has been working out over the past year, following a healthy eating plan and hitting up the gym in order to tone up and get lean. Speaking to The Sun, the star said that her weight gain had caused her to loose her sex drive and she was feeling constantly unhappy. "My whole body was full of excess fat, I could grab handfuls of it. I hated seeing myself naked. I didn't feel sexy." But now the star, who has just broke up from long term boyfriend Joel Corry, said she feels sexier and confident than ever before. The 28-year-old who was recently spotted on the beach in Turkey enjoying some down time after filming the 16th series of Geordie Shore which hit screens this week. Looking very similar to her cousin Marnie Simpson, who also stars in Geordie Shore, we could now hardly tell the two apart. Her cousin Marine Simpson (below). The star hopes to now maintain her figure and has admitted to going lingerie shopping for the first time in years. Fair play to her, we think she looks incredible!
