Huge congrats!

Ali Stroker, who is perhaps best known for her role as Betty Pillsbury on Glee, has welcomed her first child with her partner David Perlow.

The pair shared on Instagram that they welcomed their baby boy – who they have named Jesse Kenneth – a month ago.

Ali posted a family photo and wrote: “World meet Jesse Kenneth Perlow! Born 11/8 healthy and so happy to be here!

“Life will never be the same. We are so lucky that you are our boy.”

Many of Ali’s famous friends wished her well in the comments section.

Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth wrote: “Dying! The cute factor.”

Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson said: “Um that is a very cute baby.”

Ali announced that she was expecting a baby in July.

On Instagram, she shared a photo of her ultrasound and wrote: “We’re having a baby!!! The newest member of the team is arriving in November! A dream come true!”

She added that 2022 has been her “best year ever”, and that she feels she has “won the jackpot”.

In 2012, Ali secured an acting job on Glee after appearing in Glee’s side reality show The Glee Project. Since then, she has had roles on Charmed, The Bold Type and Only Murders in the Building. Just last year, she appeared in And Just Like That… where she played Carrie’s boss Chloe.

As well as her TV career, Ali is an established theatre actress, with her credits including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Oklahoma. In 2015, she became the first wheelchair-user to appear on a Broadway stage in Deaf West Theatre’s revival of Spring Awakening.
