Scrubs star and former actor from Clueless, Donald Faison, has been sued by his agency for his failure to pay the commission. The agency, who reportedly landed him his role in Scrubs, claim the actor owes them commission payments.
Faison, who plays the much-loved character of Turk on the show, had been signed with talent agency, United Talent, who claim that they got him the role as well as negotiating his salary of $48,600.
Their complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, states, "Faison has not only turned his back on the people that helped slingshot his career, but on his contractual obligations to those people."
The agency have also accused him of not handing over commission for his role on The Law, according to OK, which amounts to $38,700.
The actor is being sued for damages in the region of $47,000.
