It seems Simon Cowell has taken Sinead O'Connor's 'murdering music' accusations quite well.
The music mogul, who celebrated his birthday on Monday, responded to comments O’Connor made on Friday night’s Late Late Show, by offering her a role as guest judge on the X Factor.
The 46-year old singer told Ryan Tubridy that both, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, were murdering music.
"Pop Idol, X Factor, all of this stuff…people, you know people like Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh who doesn’t even know how to burn a CD as of the last time I saw him, deciding what records should sound like.”
The 45-year-old took to his Twitter account this morning, and in typical Cowell fashion, sarcastically commented on how “fun” Sinead would be as guest judge, as she “loves the show”.
I think sinead o'connor would be a real fun guest judge on X factor. She loves the show and everything I do. Let me know sinead.

For those followers asking questions regarding his first tweet, Cowell suggests they google it.
