Good for him.

Love Island‘s Greg O’Shea has landed himself yet another gig in RTÉ – just a few weeks after being named as Eoghan McDermott’s temporary replacement on the 2FM Breakfast Show.

According to RSVP Live, the reality TV winner will be doing a few rugby bits alongside RTÉ’s Rugby World Cup coverage.

He’ll be hosting The Opposition in 60 seconds, a segment that will air on the RTÉ Player ahead of every Ireland game.

O’Shea will also be joining Doireann Garrihy on the airwaves from the 23rd of September until November 20th while Eoghan McDermott is off in Fiji working on Love Island Australia.

The news was announced a few weeks back on The Late Late Show, where Greg appeared with fellow islander Maura.

“I am honestly over-the-moon to have the opportunity to work alongside Doireann while Eoghan is away,” he said.

“She is an amazing woman, so talented and I know I’ll learn loads from her! I will have to get a few tips from Eoghan on how to take on the early mornings but I’m really looking forward to giving it a go and having some craic.”

Greg’s second presenting gig was announced following his brief stint at the Ploughing Championships yesterday.

The lawyer joined Marty Morrissey drinking some milk and chatting all things dating – while also stating that ex Amber can “say whatever she wants” abut their breakup.

Lovely.

“Amber’s doing great stuff over the UK. I can be happy with myself that I know the truth and I know what’s happened,” he said.

“I’m not going to badmouth [Amber], she’s got great stuff going on, and I can be happy with myself, my friends, and my family knowing what actually happened.

“She can say whatever she wants, but I wish her the absolute best – she’s a great woman.”
