Gwyneth Paltrow debuts her engagement ring on the red carpet

Wow!

It’s huge!

Over the weekend, Gwyneth Paltrow made her first public appearance since announcing her engagement to Brad Falchuk.

The actress was attending Producers Guild Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where she presented Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy with the Norman Lear Achievement Award in Television.

And while her red Alex Perry gown was definitely incredible, it was her sparkling blue ring that was the real show stopper.

Until this point, the only look that fans had gotten at the ring was a black-and-white shot in a photoshoot for her magazine, Goop.

The massive ring was previously speculated to have an emerald or a ruby in the middle of it.

But, as seen in the red carpet photos, it’s actually a stunning, deep-blue sapphire.

Paltrow and Falchuk began dating in 2014, before they confirmed their engagement earlier this month.

The pair shared their happy news on the cover of Goop Magazine’s sex and love issue in January.

They also released a joint statement to Good Morning America that said:

“We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this juncture in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship.”

The actress was previously married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for over a decade, before they  announced their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014.

They share two kids together, Apple, 13, and 11-year-old Moses.
