“He is getting better every single day.”

Model Hailey Bieber has given fans an update on her husband Justin, after he announced that he is suffering from facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which led him to cancel several live performances.

Describing the situation as “very scary” and “random”, Hailey reassured fans that he is steadily improving.

During an interview with Good Morning America, she said: “He is doing really well. He is getting better every single day. He is feeling a lot better.

“Obviously, it was just a very scary and random situation to happen, but he is going to be totally okay and I am just grateful that he is fine.

“The support has been really amazing just from fans, friends, family. Every single person has sent well wishes, advice, recommendations. It’s actually been really amazing.”

Earlier this week, Justin updated his fans on his health, and shared that his faith is helping him as he recovers.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote: “Each day has gotten better and through all of the discomfort I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me. I’m reminded he knows all of me.

“He knows the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about, and he constantly welcomes me into his loving arms.

“This perspective has given me peace during this horrific storm that I’m facing.”

The update came shortly after he broke the news, and announced that he had cancelled his headlining concerts in Madison Square Garden.

He said: “Hey everyone Justin here, I wanted to update you guys on what’s been going on.

“Obviously, as you can probably see with my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome and it is from this virus that attacks the nerves in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis.”
