Harry Styles appeared on James Cordon‘s final Late Late Show episode last night and revealed that a One Direction reunion will never be off the table.
He said: “never say never”.
During his final stint as host, James caught up with close friends that were some regulars on his show over the last 14 years.
One to take the couch was the iconic Harry Styles. He often appeared on the American chat show alongside his One Direction band members until they split in 2015.
Harry Styles and Will Ferrell played James’s famous ‘Spill Your Guts’ game last night – which showed the stars answering saucy questions while eating disgusting food.
One of the questions the singer was asked was if there would ever be a One Direction reunion.
After the audience finally settled down, Harry replied: “I would never say never to that.
“I think if there was a time where we all felt that that was what we wanted to do then I don’t see why we wouldn’t”.

Understandably, the crowd went wild with his answer while James reached over to high-five him.
As they chatted, Styles told Cordon that he was an ‘inspiration’ and that he’s ‘very proud of everything’ he’s done in his life.
James announced his retirement from The Late Late Show last year after 14 years as host.
He plans to return home to the UK and spend more time with his young family.
Earlier this week, James caught up with singer-songwriter and long-time pal, Adele.
They opened up together and had a very emotional final Carpool Karaoke ride.
She revealed she’ll miss her friend being so close to her in LA but Cordon reassured her that distance won’t affect their friendship.
Adele said he had a major part to play in helping her and her son Angelo following her divorce from ex Simon Konecki.
She said: “The year that I left Simon, you and Jules and the kids were so integral in looking after me and Angelo”.
