It looks like the news we’ve been waiting for has nearly been confirmed, with Sarah Jessica Parker tweeting some not-so-cryptic messages about a third Sex And The City Movie.
The tweets started with Kristin Davis’ tweet to the former lead star, sending an image to SJP from their last premiere:

And followed on with an exchange between the stars:

When questioned by another friend, Sarah Jessica Parker added more fuel to the fire by responding with her own confirmation on the rumours:

The news comes following Jennifer Hudson revealing she has been approached for a third instalment of the hit franchise, and Kim Cattrall teasing Cosmopolitan US with hints that she would be happy to join the next adventure:
“I think Sarah said she thought there was another story to be told. I don’t have any insight as to what that story is. I hope that it would be a terrific one, which I’m sure it would. Usually actors are the last to know. It’s the studio saying yes, then getting the creative team together, seeing if the things they’re telling her are true and if we move forward. I think if we do, it would be a blast.”
