Call The Midwife's Helen George shares name of "second little bird"
"Our second little bird."
Call the Midwife star Helen George has finally revealed the name of her second child.
The actress welcomed another baby girl with partner Jack Ashton last month, and the newborn's name matches that of her big sister.
Taking to Instagram on Monday to share a sweet photo of her holding the most recent addition to the family, Helen revealed they named her Lark.
"Our second little bird. This is Lark. We should probably stop there so we don’t end up with a Goose," she joked.
The couple's eldest daughter, who was born in 2017, is called Wren Ivy.
A little over two weeks ago, Helen revealed through Instagram that she had given birth to baby number two during Jack's birthday week.
She apologised to him for not being able to "cross my legs any longer" after Lark made her debut a little earlier than planned.
In her pregnancy announcement post back in June, she revealed the baby had been due this month.
The couple met on set of the beloved BBC period drama, on which Helen stars as Trixie Franklin and Jack used to play Reverend Tom Hereward.
