Here’s who will be replacing Katy Perry at the Victoria’s Secret show

Yesterday, it was reported that Katy Perry had been denied entry to China ahead of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The singer was set to perform at the show on Monday, but was banned from entering the country because of a sunflower dress she wore in 2015. Model Gigi Hadid has also been denied access ahead of the event. It has, however, been revealed who will replace Perry - none other than One Direction band member turned actor Harry Styles. Page Six reports that Styles will replace Perry on the catwalk this year alongside the likes of Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, and more. https://www.instagram.com/p/BTB9HnPjsuN/?hl=en&taken-by=harrystyles However, executive producer of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Ed Razek, told People magazine that Styles had "signed on" to the show months ago before Perry was denied entry to China. He said:

“We started booking our musical guests months ago when Harry Styles, international superstar, signed on. “Also appearing are Grammy award-winning artist Miguel, Tony award-winning star of Hamilton Leslie Odom Jr., and Chinese sensation Jane Zhang. We are incredibly thrilled to have them with us.”

“The news reports I’ve been reading from the US here in Shanghai regarding this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show are not an accurate reflection of what I’m seeing and experiencing on site. “From granting more than 700 visas, collaborating with us on every detail and introducing us to local experts who have helped us elevate our event in this renowned fashion city. "We appreciate their efforts and all they have done to make this event a success.”

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show takes place in Shanghai this Monday.
