She knew you were trouble Harry…

They were love’s young dream for at least a fortnight, but it seems that floppy-haired One Direction star is the latest young man to split from songstress Taylor Swift.

Serial dater Swift, 23, had been dating fellow heart-breaker Styles, 18, for two months and only one short week ago the pair were snapped sharing a romantic New Year’s smooch in New York’s Times Square.

Today, however, it seems that Harry may be the next topic for one of Taylor’s infamous ‘kiss-and-tell’ tunes.

Post the Christmas kisses, the pair flew off for a romantic holiday in the British Virgin Islands, and on Tuesday last happily posed for pictures in one of the island restaurants with fans.

By the weekend, however, all was not well. Multiple reports tonight suggest that the pair had a heated argument on the Friday that ended with Taylor getting the first flight out of the island paradise and leaving Harry behind.

Styles didn’t let the split put a damper on his jaunt though, simply island-hopping over to nearby Necker Island, owner by Richard Branson, to carry on the party.

Here he was snapped partying in a hot tub, and is reported to have stayed until the wee hours, returning to Virgin Gorda solo but “looking like he had a raucous night."

Taylor has kept quiet on her Twitter account since – simply posting these lyrics from her song ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’, and early today she posted a cover version of the same song.
