Calum Best has admitted that he was ready to "rip Perez Hilton's head off" in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The model was a finalist in the reality show and regularly clashed with the blogger during his time in the competition.
However, he has said that he no longer has any hostility towards Hilton.
"When you leave the house, you don't really care about it anymore. You move on. Inside the house, when that happened I was ready to rip his head off. You do what you want to do and [if you] stick up for yourself in a physical manner then you're going lose everything you've just worked for," he said.
"I tried to keep my cool, I did get heated, nobody should speak to another person like that. The guy [Perez] spoke badly about a lot of people, he was a provoker, unfortunately people like can ruin an experience you have. I swear to you, I don't want to be a d**k, [but] it was strange how one person can create such havoc for everyone else's experience."
Katie Price was eventually named the winner of this year's series.
