I’m A Celeb Star Helen Flanagan Finally Wins Some Meals For Camp But Corrie Friends Reveal She’s Not Made For Jungle Life

Bikini-clad Helen Flanagan walked out of last night’s live Bushtucker trial with a miraculous five meals for camp after facing a weekend of abuse from her hungry campmates.

Helen has been the subject of six trials this year and until Saturday did not bring home a single meal for the crowd of narky celebrities who have been surviving on a diet of rice and beans.

Last night, the actress faced Bad Day at The Office, a trial in which she had to use a computer as green ants munched at her skin, stick her head into a tub of cockroaches to retrieve two stars with her teeth, down a mug of bug tea and scoff a stick insect before taking a trip in an manky elevator.

The actress walked away with five stars out of a possible 12 and the groan from her hungry campmates was unmistakable.

Over the weekend the actress’ family and friends expressed that they knew she would be pathetic at the trials before she even entered the Australian jungle.

Kym Lomas, who plays Coronation Street’s Michelle Connor said: “I love Helen but I think we need to see someone else do a trial now. I want to see the trials being done anyway, don’t you? It’s best bit!

“It’s a bit unfair however for people to keep voting for Helen to do the trials, when we know what will happen, and then bitch about it?

“As someone who knows her Maybe I’m a Celeb is not the best show for Hels to be in [sic]."

Meanwhile, Helen’s parents revealed that they begged her not to go into the jungle and have said they are “worried” about her.

While the absence of food has certainly made the camp a more entertaining place, we hope the British public will be voting for someone else to do tomorrow’s trial.

Watching Helen scream is just getting a bit boring.
