Taking to Twitter to share her happy news, the stunning blonde posted "Just want to pass on the happy news... @WesQuirke just proposed to me.... And I very happily accepted!!!! We're delighted!!! Xx."
28-year-old Rosanna shot to fame when she was crowned Miss World in 2003 and has most recently graced the cover of German Playboy.
