IT’S ON! One Direction Split Just Turned Seriously NASTY

It looks as though the gloves are off in the One Direction split! Former group member Zayn Malik took to Twitter this afternoon to call out his old pal Louis Tomlinson. Sending a tweet directly to Louis, Zayn wrote: "@Louis_Tomlinson remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine ?" In less than ten minutes, the dig had been retweeted over 40,000 times. The tone seems very far removed from Zayn's statement on March 25th, when he announced he was leaving the band after five years together. At the time, he said: "I know I have four friends for life in Louis, Liam, Harry and Niall. I know they will continue to be the best band in the world." It's not immediately clear what the tweet was in reference too, but just 40 minutes previously Louis had tweeted:
