Jack Osbourne Said Daughter Pearl Has Helped Him Deal With MS Diagnosis

Jack Osbourne said that his new daughter Pearl has forced him to focus on fatherhood instead of his Muscular sclerosis diagnosis.

It was revealed in May that Osbourne has the illness but becoming a father has helped him be positive about the prognosis.

“When you get news like MS, it’s a bit of a buzzkill. But having a baby is forcing me to focus on just that and my work, so it takes the sting away a little bit,” he told Access Hollywood.

Jack and his fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed their baby girl Pearl in April. The doting dad revealed that his bundle of joy is already advanced for her age.

“She recently rolled over for the first time. We’re excited about it because she’s so advanced. Most kids don’t do it until 14 weeks. Expect big things.”
