The royals – they’re just like us!
OK, technically James Middleton is not a member of the royal family but his sister is the future queen so he’s about as close as you can get.
Kate’s little brother enjoyed a day out and about in London yesterday and, like any sane person, couldn’t resist a touristy photo as he passed Buckingham Palace.
He and his dog Mabel took a stroll down the Mall and stopped to watch the queen’s horses passing by.
Just like us, James even likes to pretend his pets can talk, going by the caption he put on on the photo.
“The look of: ‘Hello, I’m Mabel. What’s your name?’,” he wrote.
The 31-year-old is a famous dog lover and is proud dad to no fewer than five pups; Ella, Inca, Luna, Zulu and Mabel.
He’s often spotted cycling through the streets of London with one of his fur babies in a carrier box – and it makes for the cutest photos.
James has spoken out in the past about how his dogs have helped him to deal with depression.
Writing for the Daily Mail earlier this year, he shared that his spaniel Ella had accompanied him to all of his therapy sessions.
