Jared Leto is reportedly in talks to take up the role of The Joker in the new Suicide Squad movie which is scheduled to be released in August 2016.
The Dallas Buyers Club star is believed to be in talks with Warner Bros. about the role. The new film tracks a group of comic villains who have the opportunity to redeem themselves by working for the government.
According to TheWrap, the former My So Called Life star is considering the role seriously, while other major leading men including Tom Hardy and Will Smith have also been rumoured to be linked with the movie.
