They are looking to recoup the money they've spent on the singer.
Jay Z's label Roc Nation is reportedly suing Rita Ora for $2.4million.
Rita signed with the label in 2008 when she was relatively unknown with the promise of making five albums. She has since only made one and so according to TMZ, the record label are suing her.
They claim that they spent millions on marketing and campaigns to boost her profile and career and in return she was to produce all five albums but because she hasn't they want the money back.
This comes after claims she too had filed a lawsuit against them back in December.
