Jennifer Aniston's hardcore morning routine has put us to shame
Getting out of bed is hard enough without being one of those people who actually does things in the morning.
Jennifer Aniston has opened up about her intense morning routine, and it is not like ours.
Speaking to Well and Good, she revealed that she gets up at 4:30am on a working morning. Vom.
She continued that if she's not working, she rises "between 8 and 9am, because I'm a late-night person - I putter."
She washes and moisturises her face, then does "some sort of meditation" for twenty minutes.
For breakfast, she always includes a shake with maca powder and cacao.
"Then I'll go do a workout of some sort. I have a trainer, a wonderful woman who I do this spin-yoga class with. We spin for half an hour, and then do yoga for 40 minutes. That's pretty intense."
We'd only be fit for the bed, but that's not all:
"I do strength training or just my own thing on the treadmill, the bike, or the elliptical, just to change things up. Keeping your body confused is always the key for me."
We actually do a two-and-a-half-hour workout morning too... but it's just all meditation... in bed... DEEP meditation.
