Jennifer Zamparelli has asked her followers to help her dear friend.
Jennifer Zamparelli has helped launch a fundraiser for her beloved friend Aideen who was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2021.
The preseter met Aideen over ten years ago and the pair instantly clicked. Aideen was hairdressing on South William Street and Jennifer knew she was a "very special person" from the get-go.
She explained that Aideen was diagnosed with stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer in January 2021.
Aideen underwent a mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation treatment but unfortunately, the cancer had spread to her lungs by March 2022.
The cancer has also spread to Aideen's brain, Jennifer confirmed.
"Aideen's latest scan results revealed that the cancer has now spread to her brain, further limiting her life expectancy," Jennifer revealed.
"Aideen's quality of life is the most important thing now so that she can make happy memories with her husband Danny and 3-year-old son Alex," she continued.
The financial pressure of treatment is something this wonderful family shouldn't have to deal with as they experienced such heartache.
Jennifer has urged her followers to donate to a fundraiser following Aideen's heartbreaking news.
"The hand she has been dealt with is so unfair… cruel. If you think you’re in a position to donate anything you can all I can say on behalf of her family and friends, thank you."
