Joanna Cooper has revealed her heartache after her mum was diagnosed with dementia.
The model revealed her mother was diagnosed two years ago at the age of 62.
She teamed up with The Alzheimer Society of Ireland to raise awareness.
Joanna said she was honoured to team up with the charity to raise vital funds.

"The Denim Day for Dementia campaign will help thousands of families living with dementia in Ireland," she wrote on her Instagram.
Joanna said she understands just how tough it can be for families, but there is help out there.
"My family & I know firsthand how hard it is to watch a loved one with dementia. My beautiful mum was diagnosed two years ago at just 62."
"It has been absolutely heartbreaking for all of us," Joanna said.
"I felt it was really important to share my family's experience."
Joanna said she will be happy even if one person relates to her story.
Joanna also said she hopes her honesty will make people "feel less alone".
She also told her followers that there is a lot of support out there to help families during this harrowing time.
Joanna stressed that supporting The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is so important because it helps them continue their vital work.
