Joanna Cooper has revealed her heartache after her mum was diagnosed with dementia. The model revealed her mother was diagnosed two years ago at the age of 62. She teamed up with The Alzheimer Society of Ireland to raise awareness. My beautiful mum was diagnosed two years ago at just 62." "It has been absolutely heartbreaking for all of us," Joanna said. "I felt it was really important to share my family's experience." Joanna said she will be happy even if one person relates to her story. Joanna also said she hopes her honesty will make people "feel less alone". She also told her followers that there is a lot of support out there to help families during this harrowing time.
