Justin Bieber “Might Need Surgery” After Cliff Diving Incident

Justin Bieber could well be facing surgery in the coming weeks as the singer was injured after jumping off a cliff. This is not the first time that the star has attempted cliff jumping, and now it has been reported that he might need surgery on his ear drum. The 20-year-old singer took to Twitter last night to tell fans of the news. He added that the busted ear drum might put a delay on his new music.

Bliebers were extremely worried when the news broke before their minds were put to rest by another tweet from the singer: “Got some exclusives on the fan club. We got a lot coming. No worries J.” The Beauty and The Beat singer has been working alongside Cody Simpson on a new album.
