Justin Bieber ‘Smoked Marijuana’ and ‘Consumed Beer’ Before Arrest

Justin Bieber apparently 'smoked marijuana' and consumed beer' before he was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida. According to Sky News, a police spokesman has now said that Bieber’s car was travelling 55-60mph before officers pulled him over. Raymond Martinez said, at a press conference, that the singer “had been smoking marijuana and he did consume a beer.” He also said that the 19-year-old had taken prescription drugs and that he was “belligerent” when arrested. Bieber, who was said to have been cooperative at the station, will now have mugshots and fingerprints taken at Miami-Dade County jail. Earlier today NBC 6 South Florida reported that the pop star had been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and drag racing. The 19-year-old was said to be driving a rented Lamborghini and failed a sobriety test when the authorities pulled him over around 4.00am on Thursday morning.

  UPDATE: Justin Bieber's arrest report has been posted online. The young singer is noted as asking police, "what the fuck did I do, why are you stopping me," when he was first pulled over. After being asked to step out of the vehicle and put his hands on the car, Bieber said: "I ain't got no fucking weapons, why do you have to search me, what the fuck is this about?"  The full arrest affidavit can be seen below, thanks to Gawker.
