The actress made some eloquent points about the objectification of women and how young girls are receiving a message that is totally and utterly wrong. The candid blog post resonated with many and famous faces including Melissa McCarty, Chrissy Teigen and Michelle Keegan voiced their agreement.

Taking to Instagram for a #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday for those not in the know), Justin shared an adorable photo of Jen hanging out in a bowling alley. Couple goals. Jennifer's article has proved a popular talking point in conversations over the last 24 hours and the conversation has yet again been directed back to body-shaming and how this lends to negative body image.
