This is just lovely.

So as we all know, yesterday evening there was a big event on in London.

The Queen hosted President Donald Trump and his family at a state banquet in Buckingham palace.

It was a lavish affair, with 16 members of the royal family in attendance.

Among them, was Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge – who looked stunning as always.

Through her outfit, the beautiful Duchess paid tribute to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana

Kate Middleton wore the Lover’s Knot tiara, an iconic diamond and pearl tiara famously worn by Diana.

How lovely is that?

The tiara has become a favourite of Kate’s, and she last wore it to a banquet in October of last year.

It was created for Queen Mary in 1914 and has been worn several times by Queen Elizabeth II.

The Queen gave the tiara to Diana when she married Prince Charles, according to Town and Country magazine.

After Diana and Charles’ divorce, the tiara was returned to Queen Elizabeth, and was not seen again until Kate wore it in 2015.

Along with the tiara, Kate wore also wore a white dress made by Alexander McQueen and drop earrings to the banquet.

She looked absolutely glorious.
