Kathryn Thomas and Boyfriend of Five Years Split

Kathryn Thomas and her boyfriend, Garda Enda Waters have decided to call it quits on their relationship.

According to the Irish Daily Mirror the couple split a number of months ago but it has only emerged now that Enda has moved out of their Dublin home.

A friend told the newspaper: “They split up in July, but have been trying to keep it quiet as they both don’t want to make a fuss.

“They have both gone their separate ways and Enda moved out of the home they were sharing together in Dublin when they realised it was the end.”

Following the split, Kathryn has thrown herself into her work projects.

But while Kathryn has kept a low profile recently, The Voice of Ireland presenter is said to be concentrating on her career and is busy with a number of projects.

“Instead she’s thrown herself into work after heading to the States on holiday. Kathryn has told close friends about it, but doesn’t plan to date anytime soon,” a friend explained.

They added: “It's all about work for her... Work is definitely her number one priority at the moment – not love.”

Apparently yesterday the RTÉ star wasn’t willing to discuss the break-up but her representative did confirm that the pair are no longer together.
