Robert Pattinson can set himself up for more heartache as his date Katy Perry has been spotted out with her ex-boyfriend John Mayer.

TMZ reports that after spectacularly dumping Katy last month, Mayer enjoyed an intimate dinner with the ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer yesterday.

The couple enjoyed a romantic meal in Los Angeles restaurant The Little Door before leaving together at midnight hand in hand.

Katy was reportedly heartbroken when John called it quits on their romance earlier this summer and the songstress was rumoured to be enjoying the company of Twilight star Robert Pattinson.
