Katy Perry’s Snide Remark At Female Singers Stripping Off

Katy Perry once stripped off for her ‘California Gurls’ music video, but that isn’t something she plans on repeating anytime soon.

The 28-year-old was recently interviewed by Capital FM, revealing that she is getting too old for the appearances out partially clothed, and even manages a sly dig at old pal Rihanna in the process.

"Maybe I'm just getting a little bit older and as you get older you realize, 'Oh I don't know if I can pull that off anymore,'" she explained.

"I mean, if I had Rihanna's body I would wear everything that Rihanna wears because she looks fabulous in all of it… but I think I want to keep the attention on my music."

The latest video from Rihanna’s album, Unapologetic, proves to be her most sexually explicit work to date, where the singer appears as a stripper, for single, ‘Pour It Up’.

Perry is due to her release her fourth studio album, Prism, later in the month.

"I really have a lot of confidence in my songs that are coming out and that's where I need most of the focus."
