The actress said she’s “feeling pretty rubbish” while her “smug” husband is doing fine.

Keira Knightley has revealed she and her husband, along with their two daughters, have tested positive for Covid.

In a recent Zoom interview with The Times’ Stella magazine, Keira said, “I’ve got Covid and I’m feeling pretty rubbish”, before requesting to leave her camera off.

The Love Actually actress went on to say that her husband, musician James Righton, also has the virus but he is asymptomatic.

“He’s being very smug about it – he is convinced it’s because he’s one of those cold water swimmers and I’m not.”

She added that her daughters, Delilah and Edie, are also feeling a lot better than she is.

The four are currently isolating in their London home.

Keira recently dropped out of filming for a new Apple TV show, titled The Essex Serpent, as she didn’t want to risk being locked down in another country away from her youngest daughter, who was only one years old at the time.

Keira also told Stella that spending so much time with her family during the pandemic made her think about quitting acting for good.

“There’s a part of me that went, this is great, maybe I should never work again,” she said. “And another part of me that was like, whoa, I need to get back to work very quickly.

“But it felt lovely, because we’re a family that had, up until then, moved around the whole time.”

She added: “I feel frazzled right now because we’re trapped in the house with Covid, but if you talk to me in about two weeks’ time, I’ll see it with rose-tinted glasses again.”

Keira’s upcoming horror movie, Silent Night, is set to be released next week on 3 December.

The film also stars Matthew Goode and Lily-Rose Depp – Johnny Depp’s daughter.
