Kendall Jenner’s Reason For Neglecting Exercise Is All Of Us

There’s no denying that Kendall Jenner is in great shape and we would have thought her gym routine was pretty intense.

However, it seems the model slacks off now and again proving she’s just like us. Or so we’d like to think anyway.

Chatting to People Style, the model said that she has been following a rigorous training regime prior to the Victoria’s Secret show but has relaxed since.

“I’ve been really, really bad and I literally haven’t worked out once since the Victoria Secret show in November”.

The reasoning behind the lack of gym time is because the 21-year-old is too busy and seeing as she walked in pretty much every big show during fashion month, we can see how that would take its toll.

It’s refreshing to hear a model admit that life isn’t perfect and it can be a struggle to fit everything into a day.

Oh and just in case you’re wondering what Kendall does when she can fit in exercise, running is one of her favourite workouts.

“I love running outside. You can go on a run on a treadmill but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff.
