Khloe also talks about her daughter, describing her as "the best thing that has ever happened to me".
The gorgeous mum also speaks about her relationship with Tristan, saying:
"I know Tristan loves me, but he has no respect for me."
Yikes.
The trailer also touches on Kourtney's relationship with Scott Disick, saying she's only ever loved one person.
