The last few months have been a treacherous time for Kim Kardashian.
In October, the 36-year-old was gagged and robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The reality TV star took a break from the limelight after the incident and has significantly reduced her time in the public eye.
Now in a clip from the upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians series, Kim recalls the incident.
"They're going to shoot me in the back," she says in tears, "There's no way out. It makes me so upset to think about it."
A month later, in November, Kim’s husband Kanye was hospitalised for sleep deprivation and forced to cancel his world tour. The moment Kim realised her husband was in trouble is also captured on camera.
"Don't scare me, please. What's going on?" Kim says, followed by:
"I think he really needs me, and I have to get home."
"We're so close," Kim says.
"We feel each other's pain."
The series returns in March.
