The documents allege that Kanye West has not responded to Kim's request to terminate the marriage.

Kim Kardashain has filed legal documents that call for an immediate termination of her marriage to Kanye West. The documents, which were obtained by PA, state that there will be no reconciliation between Kardashian and West, and that irreconcilable differences "continue to exist". Kim states that these differences are what led to the breakdown of the marriage. The documents read: "I submit this declaration in support of my request for an order bifurcating and terminating the status of my marriage to respondent, Kanye West. "Irreconcilable differences have existed and continue to exist between (West) and me, which have caused our marriage to irretrievably break down. "No counseling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time. "There will be no prejudice to (West) if our marriage is immediately dissolved, especially given the fact that throughout our marriage, we adhered to the terms of our premarital agreement and maintained the separate property character of our assets." The document claimed that Kim requested that Kanye terminate their marital status, but he has not responded to this request. It reads: "I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with (West) since I filed for divorce in February 2021. "I have requested several times that (West) agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status. "(West) has not responded to my request." Kim went on to say that they both "deserve the opportunity to build new lives." Reports that the A-list couple were considering separation began to circulate in January 2020, and this speculation was confirmed in February when the reality star officially filed for divorce. At a recent live performance, however, Kanye West appeared to call for further reconciliation as he sang "I need you to run right back to me, more specifically Kimberly." Kim and Kanye share four children together - North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
