This is the big life change Meghan Markle made, and she’s much happier now

How interesting!

Now we all know there have been a lot of changes in the life of Meghan Markle lately.

First, she got married, and with that she became one of the most famous faces in the world.

Then there’s the whole royalty thing, which is probably taking a lot of getting used to.

But Meghan is used to making changes in her life, as a recent discovery proves.

An old blog post written by Meghan in 2015 has resurfaced, where she talks about introducing Vedic Meditation into her life.

The now-Duchess wrote about meeting a man called Light (yes, that was his name) who recommended the technique to her.

Meghan said she was skeptical (who wouldn’t be?) about Vedic Meditation, concerned about “the thoughts, the distractions, the boredom of it”.

However, eventually she fell in love with it, and it totally transformed her life.

Meghan said: “Not gonna lie, I rolled my eyes thinking ‘Oh give me a break, mystic man’. But low and behold, this mystical man was right.”

“I can’t put my finger on the why or the how, but I will tell you this much, for me… I am just happier. And meditation has much to do with that.”

Meghan Markle then added: “I know you’ll think of a million excuses as to why this is silly or why you don’t have time for it; much like the day I told Light I didn’t have enough hours in the day to do it, and he told me that’s why I needed to meditate twice as much.”
