Actress, Lili Reinhart recently opened up about how her dog Milo helped her through her darkest times.
The Riverdale star suffers from both depression and anxiety and has been praised for being so honest about her struggles.
Lili Reinhart wrote on Instagram, "I’m not sure I’d be here today without my Milo.
"Through my darkest battles with depression, he has been my angel. Here’s a gentle sign, if you’re looking for one, to rescue a dog (if you’re able to).
Lili said adopting a dog is one of the best things she has ever done.
She also encouraged her fans to do the same.
"Best decision I ever made," the actress said.
Her fans praised her for being so honest about her mental health struggles.

Lili's honesty about her mental health is bound to help so many. Using her status and fame to raise awareness will undoubtedly help many feel less alone.
