‘Our little cub is finally here!’ Kian Egan and Jodi Albert welcome third child

Congratulations are in order!

Kian Egan and his wife Jodi Albert have welcomed their third child together. The former Westlife star revealed the happy news on Instagram on Saturday morning with a sweet Instagram photo. The photo shows the doting dad cradling the newborn’s foot in his hand, alongside a view of his hospital bracelet. Kian wrote alongside it:

"Our little cub is finally here! “Cobi Egan was born yesterday at 5.37pm.. mummy and baby are doing amazing!!! “We are all so in love with him!!!”

Last year, Kian told Ryan Tubridy on RTE Radio of his love of a quiet life away from the celebrity circuit.

"I suppose as the years went on and we got married and started having children and talked about the idea of where they would grow up and what type of lifestyle we wanted them to have, it just felt like no matter where we went in the world, Strandhill was the place for us."

She went on to say that she furthermore wanted her children "to belong somewhere, so if they travel the world they know where home is".
