He looks like butter wouldn't melt and has the voice of an angel but it seems that the Biebs is giving his bosses the run around and driving his record label mad "by doing whatever he wants". 

The 18-year-old singing sensation has an army of fans and a has amassed a fortune for himself and his record label and it seems the power has gone to his head.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, a source said “Justin doesn't seem to care and does whatever he wants".

"He orders everybody around. He's surrounded by hangers-on who say 'yes' to anything he wants. There's no supervision," another insider added.

And despite the singers previously un-tarnished reputation, one insider has also compared the teen to troubled pop-star Britney Spears who famously suffered a very public breakdown in 2007.

"This could really damage his reputation if they don't get it under control. Justin is someone young teens look up to and this kind of behaviour can really hurt his career. Just look at what happened with Britney Spears," an insider worried.

Justin has been hitting the headlines in recent months following his split from girlfriend Selena Gomez and his taking to Twitter to mock Filipino boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao, leading to threats that the pop prince could be banned from entering the Philippine’s in the future.
