Love Island’s Amber hints ex boyfriend Kem has moved on with a familiar face

Love Island's Amber Davies has hinted her ex, Kem, has moved on - and with a very familiar face.

The reality TV personality wowed the audience with his debut performance on the ITV show, where he and his partner Alex scored an impressive 20.5 with their dance to Shut Up And Dance With Me.  But, as the camera panned to the audience following his dance, eagle-eyed social media users all noticed the same thing about who was cheering him on in the crowd. Scarlett Moffatt was seen standing beside Kem's Love Island pal Chris Hughes, waving a banner and cheering him on. And while it could definitely be purely platonic, the sighting of the former Gogglebox star led many to believe there could be something going on between her and Kem. Including his ex, Amber Davies. One viewer tweeted:

"Definitely something going on between Kem and Scarlett Moffatt #DancingOnIce."

And Amber, who had previously wished her ex luck during the show, was quick to comment: "You said it." The 21-year-old later tried to deflect backlash to her tweet, wishing her ex luck. She added:

"I know right, im not saying it’s wrong or bad, good luck him. nice to see she’s in the audience. "I'm only human after all..... everyone deserves to be happy."

But Kem and the former Queen of the Jungle shut down romance rumours following the episode, as they insisted they are just friends. Scarlett shared a boomerang of themselves holding a sign with Kem's Dancing on Ice photo on it, which they captioned: "BFFs." https://www.instagram.com/p/BdqgQmHjOaO/?hl=en&taken-by=scarlett_moffatt Amber and Kem called time on their relationship in December, just months after being crowned the Love Island winners. Amber has been linked to some famous faces since the split, including pop star Olly Murs and TOWIE's Pete Wicks - leaving Kem "gutted". He told The Sun:

“I’m not going to lie when I say that it does really hurt. I am gutted. It does make me sad. It is hard to see. “I am not going to sit here and say it is fine — I still have feelings for her — but at the end of the day, if she wants to date a celeb then I have to accept it. There’s nothing I can say."

But following reports of Amber's  "blossoming romance" with Pete, a source insisted the pair are strictly friends. A source told  MailOnline:

"They are nothing more than friends. They see each other around on nights out and go to the same area in Essex. "The last thing she's looking for is a relationship at the moment. She’s still very much trying to get over Kem."
